KENT SAFETY SHOES has been completed ISO 9001:2008 Audit, because the need to improve of the quality. Since two days ago, I was busy taking care of this problem. Alhamdulillah, finally finished.

ISO 9001:2008 is the latest revision of ISO 9001:2000 is officially published on November 14, 2008.

Differences from version 1994 to version 2000 which is a significant change on the side of a Quality Management System requirements, changes from standard version 2000 to version 2008 is the opposite. In the 2008 version of NO changes in the requirements (‘Requirements’) or the addition of ‘requirements’.

After reading here and there, apparently in an ISO 9001:2008 is an additional explanation of the ISO 9001:2000 based on the results that have been implemented worldwide for more than 8 (eight) years from the ISO 9001:2000 standard was first introduced. Also made some explanations in the hope of improving the consistency with the standard ISO 9001 Environmental Management System such as ISO 14001:2004.

Maybe it will avoid confusion for all of us whether Work environment / Health, Safety, Environment, entered into the ISO 9001:2008 or ISO 14001:2004? because according to information on ISO 9001: 2008, ‘working environment’ associated with the work performed, including physical factors, environmental, noise, temperature, humidity, lighting or weather, etc..

Finally,  PT Jaly Indonesia Utama with slogan “The Professional Safety Shoes” can audited with a good pass, and will have a certificate ISO 9001:2008
